Fruit Smoothie

I love smoothies…
great delish way to get in lots of fruits and filling too.

This morning was a throw together of
1 banana
handful of strawberries
handful of pineapple
handful of blueberries
handful of raspberries
1/4 cup fresh made apple juice
1 TBS flax seed oil

Throw it all together in blender and yum!

Green Vegan Smoothie

Green Vegan Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
3 cups kale
1 banana
1 orange
1 kiwi
1 pear sliced/diced
1 cup green grapes
1 cup milk (almond, nut, rice, soy)
6 cubes ice

Directions
Put everything in blender and blend til smooth

Sandra - Strawberry-Mango-Banana Smoothie

Recipe makes two servings

Ingredients:

1st layer:
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
3 medium ice cubes


2nd Layer:

1 banana, chopped
10 strawberries, cut in half
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 medium ice cubes

Directions

In a blender, puree the mango, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes, until smooth, and divide amongst 2 straight-sided 8 oz. glasses, and set aside.

Rinse blender, then puree banana, strawberries, lemon juice, and ice cubes, until smooth, and gently pour into glasses while trying to maintain a line separating the layers. – Enjoy!

Anti-Aging Smoothie –
the antioxidants and the enzymes in the ingredients here make this wonderful source for vitamins C & E, as well as selenium, enzymes, beta carotene.

1 cup papaya, peeled and chunked
cup frozen blueberries (not commercially frozen, get fresh and then freeze yourself)
cup fresh orange juice
3 -6 ice cubes

Put in smoothie maker or blender til smooth and enjoy!
