This is for a filling, healthy salad and meal in one.
The original source is ReadySetEat but I’m making some slight alterations to it to make it healthier and fresh, if you prefer canned and mostly pre-packaged visit the original source for their version.

Ingredients
6 ounces dry whole wheat pasta, uncooked (original recipe called for fettuccine but I use whatever kind of pasta daughters in the mood for-fettuccine, rotini, whatever)
12 ounces of cut/chunked chicken breast
diced tomatoes (I prefer grape or cherry tomatoes but you can use whatever you want, the original source used a can of diced)
2/3 cup Caesar dressing (my daughter loves Marzetti Simply Dressed Caesar dressing)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
romaine lettuce (I usually use one out of the of 3 package of the Dole Romain Hearts)
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook your pasta according to package directions.
Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Stir together chicken, tomatoes, dressing and onion in large bowl.
Add cooked pasta.
Add the romaine lettuce to pasta mixture; toss to coat ingredients evenly with dressing mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve immediately.
