This is quick, easy and ideal for when you’re on the go, pack for lunch or simply enjoy for dinner.
Healthy Cajun Chicken Wrap
4 oz. chicken Breast
1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 whole wheat wrap or pita
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Romain Lettuce
Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips.
Coat chicken pieces in EVOO, then rub with the cajun seasoning & cayenne pepper.
Using a little bit of EVOO, cook chicken over medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Combine hot sauce and yogurt in a separate bowl.
Scoop cooked chicken into whole wheat wrap or pita.
Pour yogurt/hot sauce mix on top of chicken.
Add lettuce and enjoy.
