Anti-Aging Smoothie Recipe

Anti-Aging Smoothie –
the antioxidants and the enzymes in the ingredients here make this wonderful source for vitamins C & E, as well as selenium, enzymes, beta carotene.

1 cup papaya, peeled and chunked
cup frozen blueberries (not commercially frozen, get fresh and then freeze yourself)
cup fresh orange juice
3 -6 ice cubes

Put in smoothie maker or blender til smooth and enjoy!
