Easy Homemade Chicken Soup Recipe
This is an easy homemade chicken soup recipe, only cheat is the noodle part!

Ingredients
Chicken-preferably organic
3 bags of chicken broccoli noodles
carrots -cut up (how many you want, this is all about personal preference-I personally love raw carrots but hate cooked carrots so I don’t add that many)
celery -cut up (again personal preference, I love celery, my daughter doesn’t so I only add some)
onion -cut up(likewise, do it to your taste)
garlic -minced (optional)
salt (to taste–I use dead sea salt and don’t add a lot to begin with since I share the soup with different people who all have different taste & dietary restrictions. You can always add salt to your own bowl if it’s not to your liking)
Directions
Place chicken in stock pot of water
Bring to boil
Let simmer for a few hours until chicken starts to fall off the bone
Remove chicken and bones from water (leave water simmering on stove top)
Add to the water:
the 3 packages of chicken broccoli noodles
celery
onion
carrots
garlic
Remove all the chicken from the bones (yes take this extra step so you ensure that nobody gets a bone in their soup. People in South Florida don’t do that, they just leave bone and all in and I’m sorry if someone’s eating soup I think the last thing they should be concerned about is choking on a chicken bone)
Add chicken meat back to the stock (no skin, no bones!)

Simmer for about another hour
and enjoy
