Ingredients:

6 ears of corn, shucked, any type of corn is fine, sweet is best.
3 tsp chipotle oil
1 1/2 tsp lime juice

Instructions:

Mix the lime juice and oil in a bowl – mix well.
Using a brush – a pastry brush works fine, brush the corn with the lime and chipotle oil mixture. You’ll want to cover each ear of corn.
