Grilled Chicken Burrito Recipe-Clean Eating
Ingredients:
6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped
1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/8 avocado
1 whole wheat tortilla
Directions:
Bake or grill chicken breast approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool chicken breast and cut into thin slices.
Place tortilla between 2 paper towels.
Place in microwave and heat for 10 seconds.
Put all ingredients on tortilla and wrap.
