Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries Recipe — Clean Eating

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
    3 tablespoons EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) or you could also use coconut oil
    Seasoning–could use  paprika, garlic salt, chili powder, seasoned salt, sea salt…whatever you want 
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In bowl, combine any seasonings or salts you want to use and set aside.
In large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with the EVOO or Coconut Oil; sprinkle with seasoning mixture and toss to coat.
On cookie sheet or flat pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or lined with parchment paper, arrange potatoes in single layer.
Roast for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden, turning over half way through cooking time.
